1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HandyBell ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on HandyBell for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on HandyBell are provided on an 'as is' basis. HandyBell makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall HandyBell or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the HandyBell Service, even if HandyBell or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on HandyBell could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. HandyBell does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. HandyBell may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

6. Service Booking & Cancellation

When you book a service through HandyBell, you enter into an agreement with the service professional. HandyBell acts as a platform facilitating the connection. Users may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Partner Obligations

Service professionals who register as partners agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Provide services as described
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Post false or misleading information
• Engage in any fraudulent activity

9. Payment Terms

All payments through HandyBell must be made through the authorized payment methods. HandyBell charges a platform fee of 10% on service transactions. Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, HandyBell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

11. Modifications to Terms

HandyBell may revise these terms of Service for the Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of Service.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
